Returns

You may return your unused Treefort BRC-AM7 Pro Cage Kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs. To be eligible for a return:

 

• The item must be in new, unused condition

• It must be returned in the original packaging, including all components and accessories

• A valid proof of purchase or order number is required

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@treefortent.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Exchanges
