Clover Vibration Isolator Shock Absorber

The Clover Vibration Isolator shock absorbing mount is the most versatile platform on the market. Fully adjustable and able to handle a payload from 20 lbs to 100 lbs.
 
The payload is adjusted by loosening the vise assembly (using a standard 5/16” hex drive bit, commonly known as a “Speed-wrench”, a tool commonly carried by set grips and camera assistants), and then adding, removing, or changing the spacing between springs. The springs are made in two different cable diameters in the same mounting profile, allowing them to be mixed and matched in the same setup for even more precise adjustability. Featuring a removable Mitchell thread and more rigging and attachment points than you'll know what to do with, you'll be hard-pressed to find a scenario it can't handle. The 401 works with jibs, cranes, vehicle mounts, dollies, motion control gimbals, and many other devices. It is designed to both work with AND replace hood mounts, hostess trays, and many other scenarios.
 
The 401 is also popular for dolly work, as it removes small bumps in both damaged track and semi-rough surfaces (such as linoleum, wood floors or carpet), in situations where moving shots are required, but there isn't sufficient time to lay dolly track. Great for use with Ronin 2, Movi, Movi XL, and more stabilized heads!
 
The Clover Vibration Mount unit is designed to be fully adjustable without requiring the removal of the camera to make adjustments. Compatible with both Mitchell and cheese plate mounting systems, the 401 can be used in virtually any configuration imaginable. Compatible with the Weaver Steadman, Cartoni Lambda, DJI Ronin, Movi, Fisher & Chapman.
